Steak with Coffee and Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 2 lbs skirt steak
- ground coffee
- 4 ea tomatillos, quartered
- 1/4 ea jalapeno, seeded, chopped
- 1 C cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 C sweet onion, chopped
- lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree together the tomatillos, jalapeno, cilantro and onion. Add lemon juice as needed to adjust texture. Add jalapeno to adjust heat. Season to taste.
- Coat both sides of the steaks with coffee grounds, salt and pepper, then grill.
- Slice the steaks on a bias, plate, dress with lemon juice, garnish with the salsa, and serve.
