Steak with Coffee and Salsa Verde
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Puree together the tomatillos, jalapeno, cilantro and onion. Add lemon juice as needed to adjust texture. Add jalapeno to adjust heat. Season to taste.
  2. Coat both sides of the steaks with coffee grounds, salt and pepper, then grill.
  3. Slice the steaks on a bias, plate, dress with lemon juice, garnish with the salsa, and serve.
